As president of Great Clips, Inc., Rob Goggins oversees expansion, talent, learning and development, business intelligence and technology, operations, legal, and marketing and communications. With more than two decades of franchise experience, Rob enjoys harnessing the power of teams to strengthen, grow and protect the brand, execute strategic plans and, ultimately, improve franchisee salon-level results. Before being promoted to president in 2018, Rob held a variety of leadership positions including Chief Operating Officer, Senior Vice President of Real Estate and Development and Vice President of Development. 

Rob holds a bachelor's degree in marketing from the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh. He is involved in the Twin Cities community, currently serving as board chair for Junior Achievement of the North, an organization that empowers students through financial literacy and college and career readiness.
