As president, Rob oversees expansion, talent, learning and development, business intelligence, operations, marketing and communications at Great Clips, Inc. With his extensive background in franchising, he knows how to develop, implement and execute best practices in a large organization. Before being promoted in 2018, Rob held positions of increasing seniority at the company, including chief operating officer, senior vice president of real estate and development and vice president of development.
Prior to joining Great Clips in 2007, Rob was vice president of franchise development for Service Brands International, helping grow franchise sales for Molly Maid, Mr. Handyman, 1-800-DryClean and DUCTZ.
Rob holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh. He's a big fan of the Green Bay Packers and is involved with his community by supporting Junior Achievement of the Upper Midwest (JAUM), an organization that empowers students through financial literacy and college and career readiness.
