In January 2018, Rob was promoted to President and currently oversees development, real estate, facilities & purchasing, operations, marketing planning, creative services, and communications. With his extensive background in franchising, he knows how to develop, implement, and execute best practices in a large organization. Before becoming COO of Great Clips in 2014, Rob held previous positions, including Senior Vice President of Real Estate and Development, and Vice President of Development.
Prior to joining Great Clips in 2007, Rob was Vice President of Franchise Development for Service Brands International, helping grow franchise sales for Molly Maid, Mr. Handyman, 1-800-DryClean and DUCTZ.
Rob holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh. What's his favorite hobby? "I like to push cars to their (legal) limit on quiet, country roads (but please tell my wife I said it was spending time with the family!)" He's a big fan of the Green Bay Packers, and is involved with his community by supporting Junior Achievement of the Upper Midwest (JAUM), an organization that empowers students through financial literacy, college, and career readiness.
