How do I update my Great Clips app?
On most phones, the app will automatically update to the latest version. If that's not happening on your device, simply open the app store and update it manually.
What is Online Check-In?
When you check in using the Great Clips® app, you secure your spot in line before you arrive at the salon. It’s easy—find a convenient salon location and tap the “Check In” button. Then tell us your name, phone number, and how many people are getting a haircut and that’s it – you have a spot in line. You can monitor your wait time to determine the right time to head into your Great Clips® salon to receive the quality haircut or service you want.

That's fine! Use a computer to visit the GreatClips.com. Click on "Find a Salon" or "Check In." Enter your zip code or address and you'll be using Online Check-In in no time!

What can I do with the Great Clips app?
So many things that will make your life easier! Check in to save time waiting in the salon. Create a profile and then add your favorite salon(s) to make checking in even quicker. Be in the know about promotions, haircare products, and more with the message inbox. Sign up for push notifications to stay up-to-date faster.
Are there in-app purchases?
Not at this time.
Why sign up and create a profile?
A profile lets you save your favorite salons, which makes checking in even faster. You can still check in using the app or website without signing up. It’s up to you!
What does Great Clips® do with my profile information?
For details on how we collect, store and use any personal information you provide, see our Privacy Notice. Be sure to check back as our Privacy Notice may be updated from time to time.
How do I reset my password?
On the "Sign In" screen, tap on "Reset Password.” You’ll get an email with a link to change your password.
What if I can’t sign in?
Go to the "Sign In" screen and tap "Reset Password.” You’ll get an email with a link to reset your password. If log in issues persist, delete and reinstall the app.
How do I sign out of the Great Clips app?
At the bottom of the Account screen, tap the “Sign out” button.
How do I delete my account?
On the Account screen, tap the “Delete account” button. Note – this action will delete the Great Clips app account. If you would like to delete the app from your device, you can do so at any time. For information on consumer data rights, check out our Privacy Notice.
How do I stop receiving app push notifications?
Go to Account->Communication Settings and switch off "Great Stuff." You can also turn off all push notifications from the Great Clips app by selecting that option in your phone settings.
How do I unsubscribe from emails?
Select the unsubscribe button from any email you receive from Great Clips, Inc.
When will I start receiving messages in my inbox?
It may take a few months before you receive messages. When you have new messages, you’ll see a corresponding number on the Messages icon on the app’s home screen.
How do I delete messages in my inbox?
On the right side of the message, swipe to the left. A red "delete" button will appear. Tap on the delete button to remove the message from your inbox. Note that messages will also automatically be removed from your inbox after a period of time.
