As Chief Financial Officer, Rachelle Johnson drives the direction and development of short-and long-term strategic plans to achieve growth and profitability at Great Clips, Inc. She is responsible for maintaining a strong financial backbone and accurate reporting for the Great Clips enterprise, leading the annual audit and compliance tax work, the internal annual corporate budgeting process, and the business intelligence department. She is also responsible for providing support to franchisees on financing, budgeting, valuation, and analysis to enhance salon profitability.

Rachelle joined Great Clips, Inc. in 1999 as a manager of planning and analysis. She took the role of Director of Finance in 2005. In 2015, she was promoted to Vice President of Finance and just a year later in 2016, she took on the role of Treasurer.

Rachelle is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) and holds an MBA in Finance and Strategic Management from the Carlson School of Business at the University of Minnesota. In her free time, she enjoys boating, exercising, cheering for kids in their various sports, and spending time with friends. She supports her community through organizations such as the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Common Hope, and Feed My Starving Children.
