At Great Clips, as part of our GreatCare Promise™ to help keep everyone as safe and comfortable as possible in the salon, we’ve been taking action to best serve you when you visit. You can learn more about our GreatCare Promise, which includes these key facts.

Follow your salon's guidelines

Your Local Great Clips salon may be requiring or encouraging masks, limiting some face-to-face services, or limiting occupancy or foot traffic in the salon.

Use Online Check-In

Online Check-In is your contactless, do-it-from-anywhere way to reserve your spot in the queue and spend your wait where you want. And while checking in online, you can opt in to receive a ReadyNext text alert to make it even easier to spend less time inside the salon.

Online Check-In and ReadyNext text alerts serve as a “real-time” appointment function, allowing Great Clips to minimize the number of customers in and around salons, helping social distancing.

Increased sanitization

Salon chairs and stylist tools are sanitized between every haircut and high traffic surfaces like door handles and lobby chairs are cleaned regularly.

We care about the well-being of customers and stylists, and are working hard so you can be comfortable and confident when you come in for a great haircut—we’re ready for you.
