Mari oversees how Great Clips uses data and technology to innovate around our core products and services, enhance brand delivery, and drive business strategies and growth. In this role, she provides leadership, management, and direction of business intelligence, salon technology, and information technology for the company and the system.
Mari first joined Great Clips in 1994 and held several roles, including Sr. Vice President of Franchise Services and HR. In addition to her background in human resources, she also served as an Adjunct Professor at Bethel University from 2005 to 2009. She has been working in the field of business intelligence and salon technology since 2004.
Mari has an MBA from the University of St. Thomas. She loves spending time with her family and camping, and she's a passionate Minnesota Wild fan. One of her favorite ways to give back to her community is by supporting St. Paul's Outreach, which helps build faith-filled communities on college campuses.
