Position:
This position is responsible for administering the web content management system through authoring, creating and managing content. This position will develop HTML and CSS for the websites and reporting on website initiatives and performance.
Key Result Areas:

Creates, develops and manages content for the company’s websites and other online channels to ensure consistency in content and messaging.

Creates and edits HTML and CSS templates in the web content management system and other websites.

Uses website analytics including site specific metrics, SEO and performance reporting; works to ensure sites are running efficiently.

Leads projects and collaborates with content authors related to their specific website needs; provides training and support to content authors.
Key Technical Competencies:
1. 3-5 years experience authoring websites. Web content management system experience (Sitecore desirable).
2. 3-5 years experience working with HTML and CSS.
3. Experience with Javascript, JQuery, and AJAX.
4. Experience working with social media and web 2.0 APIs.
5. Knowledge of website performance and search engine optimization practices and techniques.
6. Understanding and interpretation of Google Analytics and Google Webmaster Tools.
7. Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-departmental team.
8. Ability to define technical requirements and create appropriate documentation.
9. Ability to communicate technical concepts in a non-technical manner.
10. Strong process, analytical and troubleshooting skills.
11. Independent, organized thinker with the ability to manage time and stay organized while working on multiple projects simultaneously.
Desired Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, and 2+ years experience working with web-based applications or systems or a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
